The Spira Brass 18″ Standard Handforged Latch & Hinge - Penny End combines the long, decorative profile of penny-end strap hinges with a traditional forge-blackened surface and beeswax finish. The resulting character makes the set an authentic complement for period homes, barn conversions, cottages and restoration projects.
Traditionally made from handforged iron, each kit includes two 455mm steel strap hinges with penny-end detailing and one thumb latch set with locking pin. Matching screws are supplied for installation. The kit is suitable for interior use and is ideal for ledge and brace cottage doors.
