I have question about the cassette -Eclipse Insignia Knurled Bathroom Door Pack with 76mm Lock & 3 Hinges
Is the 76mm measurement taken from the tip of the tab to the end of the cassette? Do you happen to have a drawing showing the exact dimensions?

Thanks for your question. The 76mm measurement refers to the overall depth of the bathroom lock case, measured from the front/faceplate to the back of the lock case. It is not the backset measurement.
The backset is the measurement from the faceplate to the centre of the spindle typically 57mm on a 76mm lock.
We can also provide a technical drawing showing the exact dimensions if required.

Yes, the components within the Eclipse Insignia Knurled Bathroom Door Pack are fire rated and suitable for use on FD30 doors. Please note that intumescent protection may be required for the lock and hinges to achieve the required fire rating, and these intumescent packs are sold separately.
