Description
The Eclipse Grade 7 Stainless Steel Washered Hinge combines a slim knuckle profile with a practical 102x67mm format. Manufactured from SUS 201 stainless steel, the hinge incorporates four washers to support a smooth operating action while keeping the overall design neat at the door edge.
Its 67mm width provides an option where a 102mm hinge is required on a 33mm wide door, and it can also be considered when replacing compatible older DSW and DPBW brass butt hinges. Performance testing covers 200,000 cycles to Grade 7 under BS EN 1935, with a stated maximum total door mass of 40kg.
The hinge is also BS EN 1634 fire tested, with stated performance for FD30 and 60-minute timber door applications and FD240 steel door applications. CE 2812, UKCA 1121 and Certifire CF336 credentials are included in the specification. Supplied as a pair with 8x1.1/4" Pozi Drive threaded screws.
